Paving Crew Member — Asphalt & Concrete

We are hiring experienced and motivated Paving Crew Members to join our growing team. You will be responsible for laying asphalt, concrete, and other paving materials on commercial and residential projects across Canada. This is a physically demanding role that offers competitive pay, steady work, and real opportunities for advancement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate and assist with asphalt paving machines, rollers, and related equipment

• Prepare and grade surfaces prior to paving

• Apply asphalt, concrete, or interlocking brick according to project specifications

• Operate hand tools such as rakes, lutes, and tampers

• Perform quality checks to ensure proper surface grade and compaction

• Maintain a clean and safe work site at all times

• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies

• Load and unload materials and equipment as required

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of experience in paving, road construction, or a related trade

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly

• Valid driver's licence (G or higher preferred)

• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team

• Experience operating paving equipment is an asset

• First Aid certification is an asset
